Our Association
North Langley Basketball Association (NLBA) was started in 1999. NLBA is a community sports organization that supports long term athlete development and fair play. We are a non profit organization that is driven by volunteers serving children and youth in Langley and some surrounding cities. We welcome boys and girls and strive to ensure that everyone has a chance to participate in a fun season.
The NLBA is part of the Jr. NBA, and Basketball BC.
Our Mission Statement
NLBA strives to provide a basketball program for boys and girls that is fun, safe and challenging while promoting fair play ensuring everyone has fun. Our Association focuses on the fundamentals of basketball, sportsmanship, teamwork, and physical fitness.
NLBA League Executive
NLBA is managed by an elected volunteer Executive team. The Executive are voted in our annual AGM in the spring. Each year the Executive seeks new volunteers as our league continues to grow and thrive. For 2023/24, the Executive are as follows:
